  • Boosts fertility
  • Increases energy levels

70% of women with PCOS will have a varying degree of insulin resistance, but what does this actually mean? It means that insulin resistance is at the core of your PCOS - driving your symptoms. For these women, products that have been tried and true to help reduce insulin resistance are by far the most beneficial to take. I've combined the three most effective products into one easy to use savings bundle.

Balance:

The world's first PCOS specific daily multivitamin. This once-a-day supplement provides you with all of the essential vitamins and minerals your body needs to manage the hormonal imbalances that PCOS creates and better achieve hormonal balance. Balance combines all of the most well-researched and evidence-backed ingredients, in PCOS specific dosages, all in one, easy to take supplement.

Inositol:

Made from 100% pure inositol powder, just 1 serving a day. It works by improving your insulin sensitivity, thus fighting insulin resistance which is the cause of a large range of symptoms, giving you back control of your body. This is incredibly powerful as we know that insulin resistance is the main driver causing your ovaries to overproduce testosterone, leading to irregular or absent periods, infertility, acne, hair growth, and weight gain

.

N-acetylcysteine (NAC):

A powerful antioxidant that can offer help to women who have PCOS or insulin resistance. N-acetyl cysteine comes from the amino acid L-cysteine. It is also needed for the production of glutathione, one of the body’s most potent antioxidants.

Efficacy of myo-inositol to improve insulin sensitivity in women with PCOS

Taken from Gynecological Endocrinology -- we investigated the efficacy on insulin sensitivity and hormonal parameters of 8 weeks treatment with myo-inositol at the dosage of 2g per day in a group of obese PCOS patients. After the treatment interval, body mass index (BMI) and insulin resistance decreased together with luteinizing hormone (LH), LH/FSH and insulin

Evaluating the effect of N-acetyl-cysteine (NAC) on insulin resistance in PCOS

Taken from Fertility and sterility -- In a prospective study, 37 female volunteers were assessed based on hormonal and lipid blood profile & insulin sensivitiy after NAC treatment. Patients were treated for 5–6 weeks with NAC at a dose of 1.8 g/day orally. After NAC administration, insulin sensitivity increased, and testosterone & free androgen levels decreased. In summary, NAC may be a new treatment for the improvement of insulin circulating levels and insulin sensitivity in hyperinsulinemic patients with PCOS.

The effect of magnesium supplementation on metabolic profiles and levels of hormones thus clinical symptoms in PCOS.

Taken from Biological trace element research -- In a parallel randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial 60 women with PCOS aged 20–45 years were recruited. Participants were randomly assigned to consume magnesium supplements (containing 250 mg magnesium oxide) or placebo for 8 weeks. After the 8 weeks of magnesium supplementation among women with PCOS the following was found:

  • • Favourable effects on BMI compared with placebo group
  • • A decrease in waist circumference
  • • Increase in serum luteinizing hormone (LH) levels (crucial for ovulation)

    Feeling better all around

I just placed a recurring order because my eatly experience with this bundle has been a game changer. I have energy, I don't feel sluggish after eating, I actually feel nourished and don't immediately crave junk food. Balance has a good flavor and is not overly sweet. Inositol is truly flavorless. The NAC has, by its nature, a terrible smell - take it with plain water really quick and maybe plug your nose :) but it's worth it! I am overall so grateful for the work ans research that went into creating these because they truly help me!

    pcos kit

I have been taking the NAC, Inositol and Balance for two months now. At first, it didn't seem like it did anything but the longer I have been taking it, I am noticing big differences. Firstly, I am not getting really bad headaches when my blood sugar is low or right after I eat and I assume too high so the inositol seems to be helping with that. Also, I have now been as fatigue than I was before I started taking these supplements. Lastly, I feel like my overall mood swings have been minimized. Oh and I almost forgot, the most important, my weight has stayed the same. Before taking all these supplements, I would gain all the time and it would never come off. Since starting these supplements, I lost about 5 pounds and kept it off without changing my diet or workout. I plan on trying out thermo lean and metabolism boost in the near future in hopes it will help with my weight a little more.

    Feeling great! seeing results!

PCOS and Insulin Resistance is something that I am dealing with... I have been using this trio for just about 4 weeks and I for sure feel the difference, not only do I feel less achy, but I also seem to have more energy throughout the day. I have lived with aches and pains since my teens, and recently high A1c and blood sugar. I always thought the soreness was from sports, or being overweight. I recently found out that PCOS can contribute to inflammation and those aches... Since incorporating this trio into my routine, my overall aches and pains are less and less...my blood sugar has been within the normal range, when before it was high/very high, and I am looking forward to seeing what my A1c numbers look like on my next blood test. I am sold on these products! Looking forward to trying other items and adding them to my routine. Thank you, Healthy PCOS, thank you!!!
