Drew Baird Fitness was created in 2015 and we have been helping thousands of clients ever since.

We are based on the Mid-North Coast of NSW in a city called Coffs Harbour. This is around 5 hours north of Syndney. 

Our office is located in Coffs Harbour, which is located on the Mid-North Coast of NSW around 5 hours north of Sydney.

We ship absolutely anywhere in the world; all continents and countries. It doesn't matter where you are in the world. 

Usually, orders are processed and dispatched the day after you purchase.

As we need to use an external company to ship our products. Our pricing is subject to the pricing on Australia Post. You can always find the shipping price at the checkout on your order before actually making the purchase. 

If you ever receive a product that has been damaged, just send us an email at info@drewbairdfitness.com and we will replace the order immediately for you. It's our job to ensure the goods you pay for arrive in perfect conditiaon. 

Depending on whether you're in Australia or international and which shipping method you selected;

Australian domestic: 

Parcel Post: 3-5 business days.

Express Post: 2-4 business days.

International Orders:

Economy Air: 10-20 business days.

Standard: 7-10 business days.

Express: 4-7 business days.

If there's any damage to your product, we will 100% replace it in full. For more information on returns and exchanges, please see our returns policy. 

Please don't worry. Some of the raw ingredients in Balance are yellow (Vitamin B2, coenzyme Q10, Alpha lipoic acid), this can make your urine turn yellow after drinking Balance. You're not dying, lol.
